Nadia Halili earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Bunker Hill Community College with full honors and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Northeastern University. She has experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, and team leadership through her role as a Lead Supervisor and Visual Manager at Coach, where she oversees store operations, visual presentation, and employee development.
Prior to Coach, Nadia spent several years at Maverick Landing Community Services, where she supported youth development programs, community initiatives, event planning, and administrative operations. As a first-generation college student, she is passionate about community engagement, professional growth, and creating opportunities that positively impact others. Outside of work and school, Nadia enjoys gardening, caring for her cats, exploring Boston, and spending time with family and friends.
