Thor Blanco-Reynoso supports the Admin & Finance team in advancing the Center’s mission. He is passionate about connecting policymakers, researchers, and communities to foster collaboration and advance well-being for all. Through administrative leadership, strategic communications, and cross-sector collaboration, he has helped develop and implement programs and policies that strengthen education systems, expand workforce opportunities, and prepare communities for the future of work.
Prior to joining the Bloomberg Center for Cities, Thor held roles with the Harvard Center for International Development, the Reimagining the Economy Project at Harvard Kennedy School, Northeastern University, and Jobs for the Future, where he partnered with local and federal government leaders to advance innovative education and workforce development strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in organizational communication from Northeastern University.
