About

Eva has more than 15 years of experience leading international programs and strengthening multi-stakeholder partnerships.

She has led cross-cultural teams and global executive programs on democratic governance, public sector innovation, women in leadership, and sustainable development. Her work has focused on building public-sector capacity, supporting institutional development, and advancing practical solutions to complex policy challenges.

Eva holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, with a concentration in energy transition, climate policy, and emerging technologies. A Fulbright Fellow from Germany, she was also supported by the Hans Weisser Fellowship and the P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship. She also holds a Diploma in Sociology and a master’s degree in European studies and politics from the University of Konstanz in Germany, with studies at the University of California, Berkeley.

She is also a research fellow on Europe and transatlantic relations at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School.
